Designed and developed a custom customer loyalty and CRM database in Notion for Valentino Impex, a local luxury bag brand based in Narayangarh, Nepal. The system was created to manage and nurture over 1000+ offline and online customers using a stamp-based rewards and VIP model.

This project helped optimize customer follow-ups, strengthen loyalty, and prepare the brand for future email campaigns, influencer outreach, and VIP promotions.

This is the main database table showing all customers. It lists names, phone numbers, locations, purchase count, stamp count, loyalty tier (New, Regular, VIP), and whether they’ve received gifts. It also includes the date of their last purchase, making it easy to track activity and reward eligibility.

This view highlights customer details with a focus on spending, referrals, and platform segmentation. It shows the referral count, who referred them, purchase platform (e.g., Website, In-Store, Instagram), total spending in rupees, and notes like "Happy Customer". It also shows next tier eligibility (VIP or Super VIP) and loyalty round status.

This screen displays a detailed customer profile page for Piya. It includes personal details like phone number and location, along with purchase count and stamp count. On the right-hand properties panel, you can see loyalty tier (VIP), whether the customer received a gift, last purchase date, spending amount, platform of purchase, and eligibility for the next tier (Super VIP).
